RETURN, REFUND, WARRANTY & CANCELLATION POLICY – NEETU RANA Jewellery

At NEETU RANA Jewellery, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Broken or damaged product received
  • Missing product or part of product
  • Wrong item delivered

In such cases, refunds are not provided. Only a replacement of the correct product will be shipped.

Returns are strictly accepted only if requested within 5 days of receiving the order. Any request raised after 5 days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or claim requests.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed parcel as received
  • Continuous recording while opening the package (no cuts or edits)
  • Full unboxing process
  • Clear visibility of the product and the issue (damage, missing item, or wrong product)

⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

To raise a return or replacement request, please follow these steps:

  • Share your Order ID and registered Contact Number
  • Attach at least 2 clear photos of the product
  • Submit the mandatory unboxing video

Once all required documents are submitted, please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing of your request.

After successful inspection and approval, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Claims raised after the allowed time will not be accepted
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible
  • If a customer refuses delivery, any partial payment made will not be refunded

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or shipped
  • If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method after confirmation.
  • No separate gift boxes are provided for individual orders

7. Final Terms

  • Replacement and exchanged items are strictly non-refundable
  • All claims are subject to verification and approval by NEETU RANA Jewellery
  • The company reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet policy conditions
