1. Eligibility for Return
we offer a hassle free 5 days return and exchange the window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.
3. How to Initiate a Return Request
To raise a return or replacement request, please follow these steps:

4. Processing Time
Once all required documents are submitted, please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing of your request.
After successful inspection and approval, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Claims raised after the allowed time will not be accepted
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or shipped
- If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method after confirmation.
